Create Your Own Design content will be rejected by CardNoter for any of the following reasons:

• Any content that infringes on any intellectual property rights.
• Any content that contains nudity, pornography, or sexual connotations.
• Any content that references illegal substances.
• Any content that contains profanity or can be viewed as harassing or threatening.
• Any content that poorly reflects the CardNoter brand.

Any orders using designs that are deemed unacceptable by the rules listed above or determined to be unacceptable for any other reason at the sole judgment of CardNoter will be canceled and refunded.
